The Lionsclub Wieringermeer eo will organize the traditional Kale Takkenloop on Sunday January 4, 2026, a wonderful winter walk for the whole family. You can choose from two well-marked routes of approximately 10 or 17 kilometers. Between 9:00 and 11:30 you start from the Snippenwei in the Dijkgatbos in Wieringerwerf. The proceeds of the event will go entirely to local charities.
There are clear signs along the way to show you the way and refreshments are available at the start and finish to warm you up. Reservations can be made from early December via www.kaletakkenloop.nl. A breath of fresh air, a good feeling and a contribution to a great cause – what more could you want?
